We bring all the mahjong sets and learning materials needed for a fun and comprehensive lesson! You’re responsible for the tables (most kitchen and dining tables work great), chairs, and any drinks and snacks you want to provide your guests! Be sure to check out our favorite party goods that could bring your mahj table to the next level.

We require a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 16 for private lessons. Based on your guest count, we’ll bring enough instructors to ensure everyone gets the love and attention they deserve!

Yes, of course! American Mahjong tiles are like a deck of cards: they all have the same numbers, suits, names, etc but the colors and designs may look a little different. If your tiles don’t have any numbers at all, it’s most likely a Traditional Chinese set and our team only teaches American Mahjong (for now). Email us a pic of your set just to be sure!
